Google Bad Review 1: Booked a couples massage for my partner and I. Before the massage I asked what kind of oil was going to be used, and was told that it was an all natural oil. Long story short the massage was amazing.
After the massage I came down with severe itch and inflammation. When I called to ask what the oil was- she said avocado and almond… I am allergic to almonds. They phoned me back with some recommendations, but never took responsibility for what could have been SO easily prevented by “inquiring ppls allergens “(esp since I was told they have jojoba oil for sensitive/allergy prone clients). This could have also been a much more serious reaction had I been unable to remedy it in time.

Google Bad Review 1: I’m not one to review places at all, let alone give a bad review, but I am very dissatisfied with the treatment I just received. Wax was left all over me after a bikini wax so I had to take it off myself before I could get dressed and leave the room. No apology was given from the beautician, I was just told that I was wrong for taking the wax off myself when the beautician had just left me alone in the room with no pants on. So, I don’t see what the solution could have been – that I run pantless into the waiting area of the salon to proclaim that she needs to do the job that she was being paid to do? Methinks not. As someone with very low expectations, it is incredibly annoying when people can’t live up to them – all I look for in a wax treatment is that I don’t need to take the wax off myself. Seems simple enough. Would highly recommend they work on their customer service and customer care. I think I’ll use another salon from now on.

Google Bad Review 1: Poor customer service! I had a 5pm nail appointment in which I told one of the ladies of my appointment on arrival. 40 minutes had gone past and I still hadn’t been seen. In the end I just left because they clearly thought I was just sitting there for decoration. There was no communication to say what was going on or when I should expect to be seen. Even one of the ladies came to me to say sorry for the wait but then just disappeared again. Waste of my time. Never again!
