Google Bad Review 1:  I booked an appointment for brow threading. Was running late and let her know. When I arrived 15 mins late, she informed me she'd cancelled my appointment on Treatwell. She had my number and could have called me before doing so. The thing is, her whole afternoon was open when I called to complain to Treatwell. She is just naturally a very nasty person I guess and frankly ruined my day. I won't be going back.

Google Bad Review (2):  I booked for Saturday afternoon and the venue was changed to Saturday morning. I changed all my daily schedule and went at 945am.
Kirti did the LVL treatment but then, she left without saying anything and another woman started with the facial treatment. This woman didn't look as an expertise/trained therapist and she dropped boiling water on my neck. Now I have my skin burned and I may have a mark for life.
