Google Bad Review 1: Hi – the beautician was friendly however the overall experience wasn't great – to me it felt that the customer care was lacking – it is a succesfull and busy salon and therfore I felt the attitude was that of – if u don't like it there are other people who do- so they don't really provided the service I would expect from the prices charged. I was told on the phone my appointment was 11.20 however I was taken in after 11.30 I was appologised to but because of lateness I wasn't able to get my full treatment-becuae of my arrangements i wasn't able to stay in later – the beautician herself suggested a discount as I wasn't late and because of the salons tardiness i wouldn't receive the full treatment however she went out and asked her manger if I could get the discount I was then informed that my appointnet was not till 11.45 and that if I wanted to change my treatment I needed to give 48 hours notice – firstly the beautician offered me this not the other way round secondly where the confusion over treatment time came from I've no idea? All this information was relayed to me whilst I was still getting my treatment and unable to open my eyes – which leaves you in a very vulnerable position and well as exceptional un-relaxing experience in my opinion un professional. My treatment had in my opinion less than successfully results and I had to pick some kind of sticky substance of my eyelid later on in the day – I have had this treatment carried out in the past and never had to do this – all in all I was disappointed and won't go back – I've attached a picture of some of thr stuff I had to pick of my eyelid
