Google Bad Review: The Worse customer service experience i received from cineworld ilford today.
We waited in the queue to be served for approx 20mins as the girl in the tills didn’t know what she was doing!! Looked like she was just thrown in the till without any training. As our turn came she was all hot and bordered. We asked for 2 Large nachos combos before
we could’ve even Spock how we would like our nachos she walked away. While she was Preparing the nachos I asked her not to put jalapeños on the top and told her what sauces we would like, we could hear her speaking to her colleague saying “well they should have told me what how they wanted it”. I replied to her that if she waited and listened to our request she probably would have known what we wanted & the fact I could actually hear her talking to her colleague. She then throw the nachos at us and walked away.
She definitely didn’t have any customer service training. It’s not the fact she wasn’t trained on the tills She had No manners. It just ruined the whole family day out experience my young kids where actually scared over the whole situation.
Please cineworld train your staff on customer service and be on the floor to help your staff don’t hid away in the back of house!!!
