Google Bad Review (2):  I brought in 2 Maine coons with my mother (one is owned by my mum and the other by me), but we booked the neutering appointment on the same day. On arrival in the morning to the surgery, I had my cat and my mother held hers and the receptionist told me very rudely and abruptly once opening the door ‘it’s one person only allowed inside’ and I responded with, ‘we have 2 cats and each is our own’. The lady then repeated, ‘there should only be one of you inside, even if you have 2 cats’ and made it as awkward feeling as possible, whilst I entered the surgery. I then repeated that the sign says ‘one person per animal’ (with the waiting room being able to accommodate more than 2 customers) to which she just stared at me blankly and again said ‘only one of you should be inside’. Let me be clear that there was no one else even waiting outside or inside and the waiting room had over 2 seats (socially distanced), we were also both wearing masks! It was freezing outside (December time) and this lady was ridiculously unprofessional, wanting my mother to stand outside in the cold whilst I carried both cats, for no apparent reason. I was in the surgery the week before and there were 3-4 people sitting in the waiting room and the same receptionist didn’t even bat an eye lid. I am hesitant to put bad reviews online but this really got to me and I feel I was really treated differently. On a lighter note, I met the vet once before and she seemed fine but I think the receptionist may have a problem with my/my mothers background. I will not be coming back here.
