Google Bad Review 1:  Absolutely a no-no for buyers, they constantly push you with deadlines,threatening you not taking ad off the market if you don't have mortgage offer ready. On the other hand, they hide information of sellers from you and constantly delay their jobs. Once the seller changes his mind, they are happy to gazump with the seller and put on the ad again the very next day! One of the worst in this country without regulations for estate agents!

Google Bad Review (2):  Avoid at all cost, my partner and I have had problems with Able Estates from the beginning of our tenancy. They have ignored reported issues and complaints numerous times and constantly fob you off when you try to speak to someone on the phone. Absolutely terrible customer service, I would not recommend.
