Google Bad Review 1:  My colleague confirmed a booking for our Xmas party and Oscar from Harry and Edge had confirmed the booking but they let us down the evening before the actual event!! apparently their staff let them down, how unprofessional..this was extremely embarrassing for us as our boss wasn't pleased at all and we were scrambling around looking for another booth luckily we found one with Photo Booth guys which wasn't what we were looking for we wanted the mirror but had to settle for something else which was not ideal. these guys are truly unprofessional and showed zero grace or empathy..STAY AWAY!

Google Bad Review (2):  The service that we received from Harry & Edge was really poor, we were charged £600 for the night and the problems included:

1) A photobooth operator who sat playing with her phone for the duration of the event
2) Having to email a couple of times to ask for the electronic file of the photos after a week, the first email of which he just ignored
3) The first set of photos that we were sent were actually just someone else’s photos entirely
4) Once we received our own photos most of them being fairly blurry but a significant portion of them being so blurry that you couldn’t even see who it was.
5) Being told all the blurry photos were prior to when our hire time started so that I then had to go back to them with the metadata from the photographs to prove that the photos were actually in our hire time.
6) Then being told that it was actually our fault that the photos were blurry because we must have been messing about with the equipment, I'm not sure how they imagine people were fiddling about with their photobooth but if that's possible perhaps they don't have very good equipment and should look to invest in better stuff?
7) The customer service representative then accused us all of being too drunk to operate a photobooth, which was a fairly unnecessary touch.
Essentially they did not provide the service that they said they would and when I asked for a refund for such bad service they refused with exceptionally bad grace.

Find someone else who can actually deliver the service.
