Google Bad Review 1: The school changed their open dates and only gave 1 day notice, their contract said that they do full refund for if they have a major change, but when I request for refund they keep arguing that they don’t provide refund, not they stopped responding to my email for a week already. Now this school still own me a week (full day) fee for three children!
Another fact from our one week and 2 days kids experience from this “school”, is that this is definitely not a place if you want your kids to learn language here, they took your kids to play outside and take the tubes and they don’t have a formal classroom. Don’t buy their lunch and game which is about 100more pounds, because you will only see your kids eating a 2pounds sandwich and play UNO!
And do NOT pay them more than one day fee if you really want to try it out, because they are happy about taking you payment but unhappy with refund them to you even it is their fault!
Overall, there are lots of formal language centres in London, plz do NOT come to this one unless you want to waste your money!

I do not recommend this activity
Besides it is not a school at all !!! (No classroom, no structure, meetings are held in shared rooms inside a museum or public building)
My two children participated in an internship during the holidays of April 2019 in two different groups
13-18 years old and 5 – 11 years old
We had the right to a unilateral change of internship conditions two days before the start and it was brought to our attention that our daughter would finally be alone during the internship when initially the concept was a group of children! !
Fortunately Professor Leonore was very good and interested our daughter.
On Thursday we learned again at the last moment that finally Leonore Friday would be gone and would be replaced by another teacher (Miss Soo)
This lady is proud enough and to the certainty of never having twisted …
Our son unfortunately had a disastrous experience, 11 years old 1 month after the end of the course he was mixed with including children of 6 and 7 years.
A very important age difference for this age group.
The activities were mediocre and uninteresting
A lot of time is lost in the transfers between the meeting points and the places of nursery because this activity must be assimilated simply of nursery of child !!
Finally the only thing that really motivates these people is money; the price is exorbitant for what is proposed.

Je déconseille cette activité
D’ailleurs ce n’est pas du tout une école !!! (Aucune salle de classe; aucune structure; les rencontres se déroulent dans des salles partagés à l’intérieur de musée ou bâtiment public)
Mes deux enfants ont participé à un stage durant les vacances d’avril 2019 dans deux groupes différents
13-18 ans et 5 – 11 ans
Nous avons eu le droit à un changement unilatéral des conditions de stage deux jours avant le début et l’on a porté à notre connaissance que notre fille serait finalement seule pendant le stage alors qu’au départ le concept était un groupe d’enfant !!
Heureusement la professeur Léonore était très bien et à intéressé notre fille.
Le jeudi nous avons appris encore au dernier moment que finalement le vendredi Leonore ne serait plus là et serait remplacée par une autre professeur (Miss Soo)
Cette dame est assez orgueilleuse et à la certitude de n’avoir jamais tord…
Notre fils a malheureusement eu une expérience désastreuse, âgé de 11 ans 1 mois après la fin du stage il était mélangé avec notamment des enfants de 6 et 7 ans.
Une différence d’âge bien importante pour cette catégorie d’âge.
Les activités étaient médiocres et inintéressantes
Beaucoup de temps est perdu dans les transferts entre les meeting points et les endroits de garderie car cette activité doit être tout simplement assimilée à de la garderie d’enfant !!

J espère que les parents qui liront ce message comprendront aisément qu il y a d´autres écoles à Londres pour apprendre l Anglais dans des conditions plus agréables et surtout avec de vrais activités.
