Google Bad Review 1: I recently had a visit from The Abbey Partnership Loft Company in Northaw, EN6 as I needed a quotation for my loft conversion. The salesman provided me with much inaccurate information concerning this company's history. On the website, they claim they have been in business since 2003 but in fact this company was only established in 2016. I have checked out the details at company house and would advise anyone else thinking of dealing with this company to do likewise.

Google Bad Review (2): Quite a poor experience from such a highly rated company. They performed a site visit around 4 weeks ago, stating it would take a week to provide a quote. Having chased 5 times in the last three weeks by phone and email, we were told they did not want to take on our job due to the complexities of it and that responding to us was low on their priority list.
Update:
Since writing this review the director of Abbey Partnership has been in touch and very apologetic about the way we had been treated. It transpired that we had a junior member of their team dealing with us which led to our poor experience – he has now been retrained. Abbey have since tried to rectify the situation to the best of their ability but given the time lapse, we have progressed discussions with another company. The director was able to restore a level of credibility to his company and under different circumstances there may have been a different outcome to this request for work.
