Google Bad Review:  Customer service is poor, I’m trying to get a courtesy car through my insurance as my car is due for repair this Wednesday. Initially the rental company in Southall got my address wrong and then transferred me to my local branch in Barnet. I then called the Barnet branch two times until someone answered my call after 15 mins until to be told that I have been allocated the wrong branch and been advised that the Hatfield Branch is the correct one. They still haven’t resolved the issue yet. Apparently Monday is a busy day and they only have three staff members. Surely it makes more sense to recruit more people to meet the demand.
