Google Bad Review 1: Very bad service, I paid for a diamond cleaning 3 months ago ( I usually do it every 6 months ) and I could notice since they finish that the job was poorly done. Now after 3 months I realise that I have to do it again but I can't because the dentist advised me to do it every 6 months. I will definitely NOT use they're services again.

This dentist in my opinion is not trustworthy
I mentioned to the dentist that I had a very poor experience else where and I had been traumatised. He responded that I would never be happy with his works and that I had high expectations. This left me really upset as he was so unkind and did not know me or my circumstance. I felt very uncomfortable and realised that how could I work with a dentist that was already emotionally abusing me and was saying that his work would not be excepted as satisfactory by me???
The dishonesty of this dentist as he quoted me for 2 implants yet 2 other dentists stated that I only needed one.
I left most troubled and with a really uneasy feeling and went to the reception to pay but she said I could go. I figured I would have to pay the consultation once he sent me the treatment plan. That day the receptionist called me to say I had not paid – ( this was her choice) but anyway I went ahead and paid and they took my card unsecure details over the phone. She then stated that she wasn't sure of it had gone through or not. Meaning I would have to physically go to my bank as I had not set up online banking and check. More hassle for me.
I asked that the dentist call me back as I had a few more questions. HE NEVER called me back.
Then a week later or more I got the treatment plan as the payment had gone through the first time. The plan stated prices but there was no email explaining anything or if I had questions I could call. Just a quote for over £7000 – I believe close to £8000
I would not get the work there done if he paid me as he insulted me and left me with mo confidence or trust and as a nervous patient he had zero skills.
I’ve been to a few dentists and they all state that they strive for perfection. Where as this dentist states he cant make you happy.
Pretty much sums it up. It’s really difficult to find a trustworthy and kind patient dentist. This is not one of them for me and a waste of the cost of a consultation
Sad having to place this review but that was my recent experience and I have been left even more traumatised now.
