Google Bad Review 1:  Unprofessional staff. They booked an appointment for Tuesday to fix the shower and they didn’t come. They booked for Wednesday another appointment and the same thing like Tuesday they didn’t turn up. They come on Thursday and they left the job unfinished. The engineers left broken glass everywhere in the bathroom and in my room which is not Health and Safety. On Friday they “finished the job” but from the shower tray is still leaking the water on the floor, the doors from the shower are not closing properly and so many things are not done till the end. Just excuses and and very bad attitude with their customers.

Google Bad Review (2):  Kitchen installation planned for 2-3 weeks ran to nearly 7 weeks of pure misery and hell. Every step of the project was aggravation due to poor planning, poor workmanship, unprofessional workmen. Main workman on site was a general builder rather than kitchen professional. Virtually every single job had to be done twice. Base units installed 2cm higher than height of plinth! Cupboards were put in wrong places, worktops ruined and had to be replaced. Our high quality Blum drawers have been installed so that they fall outwards. Why? Sink waste was connected so that it discharged directly into dishwasher which caused that to breakdown. Microwave was (still is) badly installed in housing causing vibration. Not enough space here to detail every problem we experienced. Owner of the company was rude, belligerent, unapologetic. Refused to speak to me. Worst builder experience of my long life! I heartily advise you not to touch this company. Simon.
