Google Bad Review 1:  The phone receptionists were very helpful and accommodating, however, five minutes before the window of our appointment time, the plumber cancelled on us. He told us we should call around to find another plumber. This was Friday afternoon, leaving us with only more expensive alternatives if we could find someone on such short notice or for weekend service. The company should have provided us with a substitute who could provide the service we agreed to when making the appointment.

Google Bad Review (2):  We contacted Plumber4U requesting a shower repair near the beginning of August (close to 2 months ago). It has still not been fixed as we approach October.

The plumber – Murat – first came on 11th August to look at the job. He removed the shower temperature valve using a drill and said he would order a replacement part.

I asked how long this would take, and he replied saying less than 2 weeks.

I’ve called Plumbers4U 7 times since this date as no one has contacted me about this job. I've also sent an email, as they've suggested, but no reply. I’ve been told the part has been ordered, the part is on hold, that the job shouldn’t be taking so long, that people are chasing, that I’ll receive a call back. None of this seems to be happening.
