Shame that after they have obviously spent a considerable amount of money ‘doing the place up' they didn't train their staff on manners and people skills!

Looking good doesn't mean your good inside. Shame on your practise.

Google Bad Review (2):  This place came highly recommended, so we signed up as a family. My Dad had complications with procedures done by Dr Shah, which I will not delve into. I had an appointment for a simple filling, I got there exactly THREE minutes after my appointment time. Dr Shah refused to see me, the receptionists were left to explain it to me, in amazement. I begged, as I had travelled from Cambridge for the appointment. I called my Dad in desperation and he spoke with the receptionists, who were just as confused. This experience resulted in us all, going elsewhere.
