Google Bad Review 1:  Contacted this firm twice in February 2019 regarding Harassment, based on the reviews online, and expecting them, based on those reviews, to be helpful. I emailed them, rather than phoning, since I am hearing impaired. First a week went by with no response whatsoever, so I emailed them again, and am STILL yet to hear anything from them whatsoever. So, I can only presume this firm are either rude, incompetent, or have gone out of business. What other reasons could there possibly be, for a firm of solicitors to TOTALLY IGNORE enquiries from potential clients contacting them? I guess I'll never know, but given that people seeking help from solicitors are generally not doing so for fun, I find this response or lack thereof, as it actually is, and having my time totally wasted, for no good reason, not indicative of great service or attitude towards clients, hence my one star review.
I emailed as asked to below, twice, over weeks, and STILL received no response whatsoever. So sadly my review remains, except clearly this firm has NOT gone out of business and just doesn't bother to answer multiple enquiries.
