Google Bad Review (2):  The service was atrocious. It took them too long to assist us and charged us £900 for preparing a generic contract/Staff handbook which wasn't specific to our company and seemed as though it was a generic copy they had. When we requested amendments which required copy and pasting from what we have on our website and sent it in an email and requested to change staff names to their titles only they charged us £1800 (this included a less than 10 minute phone on legal advice). When we disputed this we were given no assistance and referred to the debt collection team. We as a company will never be using their services again and would not recommend them to anyone.
