Google Bad Review 1:  Ordered school uniform 4 or 5 weeks ago & 1/2 items still not ready. We called several times – either no answer or getting disconnected. They charged for delivery but eventually we had to collect only part of the uniform!!! Will be asking back for postage charges. Not sure if anyone else experienced the same.

Google Bad Review (2):  I've been waiting over a month for school clothes with promises it would be done and sent 3 times, when it actually hasn't. Most recently told it would be dropped off at my house which was a load of rubbish too! For a company that's been around for 20 years+, they can't seem to learn from there mistakes. There's quite a few of us still waiting on uniforms. Not sure this company is worth the hassle anymore.
