Google Bad Review:  The rooms are not the same as in the photos. If you need a desk and you reserve a room with a desk (it shows in the photos), you may not find the desk in the room. You may find a coffee table. When you ask to change the coffee table with a desk they will say “We cannot give you a desk because it is our rule”. Stayed there for 19 days, it was not for a couple of days. Bad management.

Google Bad Review (2):  We booked a room for a long week end, and on the same night, the UK government announce the 14 days lock down on the country. The next morning, we had to canceled but they only give us half of the room price. We only booked the room for less than 24h and they kept half of our money. This was a total surprise, it was unpredictable and they didn't try to understand the situation. All the other companies that we booked for this weekend understood and fully refunded us. It's a shame and we do not recommend them and we will not book again at this place
