Google Bad Review 1:  As many comments have already noted, avoid JLL. Expect them to hold your deposit after the check out report for no reason. Plucking charges from thin air.

Weeks have passed with no indication of the deposit being returned.

The service is all well and good when they want your money, but when they need to return your deposit it is a different story.

I would suggest all tenants to leave a review after you have your deposit returned.

Google Bad Review (2):  STAY AWAY FROM THIS AGENCY!! They have no integrity and do not have any principles or morals on how to do business. Stealing from deposits for little scratches on the wall that were reported during the inventory, finding any possible excuse like finger prints to take money from the deposit. I'd recommend you deal with more honest agencies, plenty of them in London

Google Bad Review 1:  My car was damaged by an asda delivery driver whilst on my driveway. The whole incident caught on camera, plenty of evidence handed over, had to go out of my way to get quotes for repair, had to have time off of work and nearly a year later I'm still waiting to be reimbursed for the repairs which was less then £300. Not a great deal of money but I had to use MY credit card which is gathering interest. Absolute joke of a company.

Google Bad Review (2):  Dac Beachcroft are representing UK handling agents Inter Europe that represent a Polish car insurance company known as PZU- Powszechny Zakład Ubezpieczeń Spółka Akcyjna. A Polish driver was driving a large white Citroen van at 60 mph on the wrong side of the road on country roads in Epping, Essex. The Polish driver was arrested for careless driving by Essex Police and given a fine and points on their licence. The case has dragged on since 2017 & seems that PZU are also using this legal firm not to pay out for serious injuries with support of hospital, GP records, images of the accident, 2 medical reports etc. Find this firm dishonest & corrupt. Plus PZU should be banned from insuring drivers in the UK if they are not going to take responsibility for their drivers at fault.

I would suggest all tenants to leave a review after you have your deposit returned.

Stealing from deposits for little scratches on the wall that were reported during the inventory, finding any possible excuse like finger prints to take money from the deposit. I'd recommend you deal with more honest agencies, plenty of them in London

Google Bad Review 1:  I would definitely stay away from this company! They are awful and will con you out of your hard earned money! I tried to cancel my card machine and was told that I would have to pay an early termination fee as my contract had been automatically renewed a month before! Apparently this was in their very small terms and conditions!

I called in October to cancel and was advised to do this once my business was completely closed! This would slightly reduce the huge lump sum of £400 plus pound cancellation fee. What they failed to tell me was that I would still be charged the rental fee for my machine as well as a minimum of £15 charge bringing the total up to £59 a month! As I had seized trade by then I was not taking any payments! This meant that I had paid over £100 in charges by the time I cancelled and they still asked me to pay the cancellation fee which had only been reduced by £30! I was then told that it would take a month to completely close the account (I’m unclear as to whether they would charge me rental and minimum fee!).

Never again!

After i filled up all the applications and send them the documents they said they will respond in 3 days. I contacted them after 5 days. they said they will call me back in 24hrs after 2 days i contacted them again, and they said my application is declined and they sorry but they dont know why! So I wasted 2 weeks, spent hours over the phone and didnt even got an explanation!!! Avoid them!!!
