Google Bad Review 1:  I am only giving 1 star as I have to. I read the reviews about this place and was really hopeful they could help me out with a bit of advice and simple letter. I got an appt quickly and people were nice so I left feeling I had now dealt with my family issue. I was so shocked with what came next. All I was getting was a simple letter done and they just couldn't be bothered, would have taken them an hour total max with drafts and reviews – less if they had spelt names right and included everything I needed the first time! They couldn't be bothered to the point they just stopped responding. This really was a quick and easy job for them and it would have meant the world to me and I really wasn't asking alot but they just thought, sod her. Presume as I didn't pay up front. Really disappointing and upsetting for me, will not be recommending and have to start all over again.
