Google Bad Review 1: Visited this place for an upper body hot wax – they were friendly enough when arriving etc. The beautician I saw told me the hot wax wouldn’t work as the hair was too short.
I was very unsure about trying strip wax as I’d been told it’s harsher on the skin but she assured me that since it’s a professional wax I wouldn’t even get a rash and that there was no requirement to moisturise or exfoliate afterwards.
How wrong I was to take her at her word. I had a horrendous rash the following day which cleared within a couple of days but then drastically flared up by the end of the week. My GP diagnosed this as folliculitis and said it’s common with sensitive skin or poor waxing. They suggested I visit a different salon next time.

Google Bad Review (2): I’ve just been told after traveling for 30 minutes to rectify a mistake they made on my eyebrows that I’d have to wait for 25 minutes because their earlier appointment was late. This is really bad service considering that it would have taken 5 minutes to rectify my issue. I won’t be returning to this salon again.
