Google Bad Review 1:  Absolutely shockingly poor. Met with aloofness, arrogance and bare faced lies. Appalling service and very upsetting. Our particular delightful dealings were with Daniel Bradbury totally incompetent and rude! Stay away!

Google Bad Review (2):  Co Op have always had a good reputation, so I contacted them to handle a probate case of mine. Unfortunately, they insisted that I handed over confidential documents like the Will BEFORE giving me a general quote of how much they would charge. I'd given them the details and it was quite simple – a quote for probate for 1 property, no assets, between 4 people. 3 other solicitors were able to give me a general quote from that information but Co Op were very unhelpful. I wasn't impressed with some of the language over the phone when one of them realised he'd written the wrong thing down by mistake and another solicitor I spoke to wasn't polite. Such a shame. I had it arranged with ‘Farewill' in the end, who made it so easy.
