Left us waiting outside the tube station for 20 mins , they did not have the common courtesy to call , we had to:call them to be told the salesman was tied up and had not even left the office !!!! To pick us up .

The worst manners I have encountered in a long long time , I would rather take the bus than deal with this shower..
