Google Bad Review 1:  Poor response to email when time was of essence. Had to call to chase response. Shaun had told me only yesterday that he was free last week but after chasing him I was informed it was two weeks. Choatic and unreliable. Avoid if you value your time.

Google Bad Review (2):  Although able to arrange a survey at short notice, and returning the report promptly it was found that numerous faults with the property were not picked up. When making contact with Shaun regarding how such faults might have been missed and some insight into how the survey was carried out I was left waiting for over 7 days for a response with unsatisfactory replies. When these replies were queried I have had no further response. Pricing fell in line with other surveyor quotes obtained so do not feel that we got what we paid for by any stretch of the imagination. Would certainly not recommend unless you are purchasing a new build property.
