Google Bad Review:  My experience dates back a short while ago when the kiwi (possibly Australian) girl ran the Bank branch, my experience was so bad I felt compelled to warn others. Always slightly condescending in tone but this was not issue, I'm writing as the the one adjustment I had with her was very concerning. I would never risk another adjustment with her and what she told me just wasn't correct having visited an extremely good chiropractor since; advise bordering on negligence, I could never go back.

I’ve seen good reviews on here for a man called ‘Don', I was not adjusted by him so I want to be clear my review doesn't reflect on him who may or may not be very good.

Google Bad Review 1:  Appalled with the experience I had with George at fawkes and Reece. I worked on a site for 3 months. Just over a month in, we confirmed that my weekly pay would be increased. This was not the case for the remaining duration of work there. I called many, many, many times. Empty promised. Incredibly unprofessional behaviour. I have yet to be payed for two days around Christmas time and almost £200 for the duration of time the wage was not increased when I was told it would. Never have I seen unprofessional behaviour from an agent. Even after I sustained a very severe injury, he still refuses to sort out the missing pay!! I am three months into my recovery and still I have not received my missing pay!!!

Google Bad Review (2):  From my experience with this dishonest company, they false advertise jobs advertising at £11/hr. But that is not the case on payday.

They deducted tax (that's fine), but then they deducted a further 10 percent for national insurance that they did not mention about(that's ok). But then there are hidden costs they do not talk about from the umbrella company that does not make much of a difference to what Fawkes and Reece take from you unlawfully.

They pass the bucket from the umbrella to agency and blame eachother. Yet in the payslip besides tax and national insurance, there is an additional section that is ‘other deductions'. This section is where Fawkes and Reece take your money without telling you what ‘other' is.

So I called them and explained, yet all I got was excuses and “it must be umbrella costs”, so I called the. Umbrella and they explained “no, it's Fawkes and Reece, talk to them. So, I called them and disputed the pay, then they asked me to send proof of my earnings. This is where I logged onto the system to download my payslip that I had already viewed with no problem, but they had clearly DELETED IT!

I worked 52 hours for them on the TSL Projects building site at ‘£11/hr'. This would be £552 for ‘total earnings', then £470 after tax deductions, but In the end I received £390.

The umbrella explained that F&R put down 49 hours and that still does not work out £390, where is my money?Even after employers tax, N.I., income tax and Umbrella fee. What is ‘other'?

Further to this edited comment, do not tell me to e-mail your useless company if it has been over a month now, yet I still have no received a response. You deleted my evidence from the system when I disputed. Just like I see that other people's records cannot be found on your system.

I believe you need to be reported to watchdog and investigated, and if it's going to be another ‘pass the bucket', to the umbrella, then I believe you both should be investigated.
