Google Bad Review (2): Lying bar staff – on 21.4.22 the bar staff made a simple mistake of charging me for another customers drinks. Instead of simply voiding the transaction and starting again the female who served me denied she'd served me and her male colleague told the manager I “didn't know what I was on about “. Fortunately, I was able to pull up my online banking and the prove staff made a mistake.
I can't fault the manager, she was lovely and quickly resolved the issue. However, the dismissive and lying bar staff means I'll never return.
