Google Bad Review 1:  Registered a Year ago with Jade up until today no response on several of My emails nor any call backs. Recently I registered again with Them through Shannon, offered one job on part time basis, Which discussed same day with Natalie after the interview with Shannon, I found It as a bait, we discussed part time roles and temps, suddenly part time role turned in to a full time role Which I explicitly said no to. No further reply on email or any contact regarding promising tempts opportunities. Wasted 2hours of My life, I thought Jade being uprofessional, so I tried again but same approach…They better take me off the system if this is a data collection approach for different purposes!

Google Bad Review (2):  I signed up with this agency in June and initially had a positive experience, the first meeting with Natasha was long but she took the time to talk about my current position and what I was looking for. Straight away I was put on to assignment with one company which went fine, then from there I was given a three to six month assignment, which was not such a positive experience for various reasons relating to the team issues which existed before I joined them and were perpetuated by me simply not being the right fit. I spoke to someone regarding this in confidence while I was with the company requesting that they look for a new assignment for me, to which I was told that this is the only company the really get this length of assignment from. Ultimately the issues with the company I was at resulted in termination of my assignment as ‘while I was good at the job at hand, they recognised the issues that existed and needed someone to be more positive overall and smile through the toxic environment that they are working to fix'. At the time, the HR employee told me that they were told by Morgan Spencer that I was ‘not happy there', this breach of confidence is not only unprofessional and unethical, it is illegal to share any information taken from conversation or other means without my consent – though of course they denied ever passing that comment on to their client. Since I called to notify MS about the difficulties at my assignment, I found that they then became unresponsive, with Natasha, my assigned agent always being ‘busy' when I called and never returning. Constantly being passed from pillar to post and usually ending up having to talk to Jade who has not been helpful to me, nor does she seem as though she cares to be. It would have been nice, and appropriate, for the team to seek feedback from the candidate on their experience instead of treating them negatively straight of the bat without any context. It would be good if the agency cared for the candidates as much as they cared for the companies! After expressing what I was looking for in a company, they should have known not to place me in an environment like the one they did, with the existing issues they had.

While the initial sale is clearly important, I would advise that the company also focus on building good relationships with their candidates, instead of treating them as if they are disposable in favour of their clients needs.
