Google Bad Review 1: I instructed this firm to challenge the CPS on two malicious charges brought against me by the Met Police, to apply for Right of Access from MetPolice database (in order to prove their malicious intentions), to contact my witnesses, and give me access to the âevidenceâ? the prosecution hold against me.
Not only for two months they made me believe they were doing what I had instructed but also 3 days prior to my trial, after begging, I finally got an hour over the phone appointment with my legal representative who told me they havenât taken any of my instructions as they were not relevant and told me I was going to get convicted! I felt like they were working against me. It would have been easier for them to say at the earliest stage they would not take my instructions so I could find decent Solicitors.
As result of their negligence, I have attended three court hearings unrepresented and the legal aid agency wonât allocate the funds to my new Solicitors because Duncan Lewis did not attend court when summoned to give an explanation as to why they neglected my case.
I am facing trial without legal representation thanks to this corrupt firm takes no responsibility for their mistakes.
Instead of working to defend me they were leading me to a conviction to avoid dealing with the complexity of the circumstances and work load required to defend my case. Avoid them at all costs!! Iâm glad I recorded all conversations with them so now will be taking it to legal Ombudsman than will take legal actions against this indecent firm that has no principles.

Google Good Review: Mr. Arvin Narendra (Duncan Lewis – Harrow) is an extraordinarily competent, committed solicitor and his extensive experience with benefit cases (Personal Independence Payments) has proven invaluable to my family. I am extremely impressed with his professionalism and compassion. The DWP revoked PIP benefits from my disabled family member. We appealed this decision but the DWP continued to withhold benefits and referred the appeal to the First Tier Tribunal. We were frightened and overwhelmed. It was then that we consulted Mr. Narendra who reassured my family and made us feel genuinely cared for. He was communicative, supportive and readily accessible throughout the case. Mr. Narendra’s exemplary diligence and intricate understanding of applicable laws were vital in proving that the DWP decision to revoke benefits, in this subtly complex case, was ultimately wrong. Mr. Narendra’s successful appeal of the case resulted in full restoration and repayment of all withheld funds. While the monetary benefits are critically important, I must also point out that Mr. Narendra taking on and winning this difficult case against the DWP has prevented what would’ve been a life-altering travesty and also provided my family member with a priceless experience of true justice.
