Google Bad Review 1: I received Botox on 31/10/19. Went back for a review on 21/11/19. The wrinkles on my forehead had disappeared during this time frame. However, a week later my forehead went back to how it was before the Botox. I have booked multiple appointments since the 05/12/19. Some of these appointments I have had to cancel myself due to work commitments/Christmas period and there was a delay in the next available appointment. However, I go to my appointment on 16/01/2020 and show the doctor the results. The doctor confirms the boxtox has not worked and they will do it again for £175 which is a discounted price apparently. I explained I do not want to waste more money on things that will not have a positive result! The doctor explained, it is not the Botox solution because they would have other customers complaining and Botox only last three months, however, from 31/10/19 to 16/01/2020 is not three months!!!! Since reading more reviews, I am clearly not the only person to complain and they have a lot of unhappy customers who have also wasted money!! If you wish to go to this place. Then please be aware you are paying expense rates for results that last a matter of weeks!!! A complete scam!

Google Bad Review (2): Shambles. Booked peel procedure one month in advance, two days before the set date I am getting a call saying that opening hours have changed and now the procedure needs to be moved 30 days into the future and it will be with different person. Nevermind that I was asked to apply 150 pounds worth of product before the procedure and now I would need to do that for 4 more weeks. No offer of refund, nothing. Just unbelievable.
