Google Bad Review 1:  Appalling service levels – in the midst of what sounds like a very similar experience to that of Gareth G since have had the misfortune for Strangford Management to become involved in the management of my leasehold block of flats approximately 6 months ago. Continued failures to address what is a serious leak issue has led to the building falling into a disgraceful level of disrepair with the leak left to lead to extensive mould damage and now toxic mushroom growth, as well as being in close proximity to a high voltage electric cupboard. No response to repeated complaints.

Google Bad Review (2):  Only wish there were No Stars! Stay clear of the company, especially if you're a large block. They're totally unprofessional and don't have enough knowledge to do an even half-way decent job. We found numerous errors in accounting, eg suppliers paid twice for same job. The manager never responds to emails and when he does it's full of empty promises and even the simplest things don't get done. And for the price we pay, site visits are very rare, eg every 3 months.

Google Bad Review (2):  This is the worst property management company I have the misfortune of dealing with in the 15 years that I have owned, leased and renovated properties across London. This company was appointed just under a year ago to manage a block of only 3 flats in Tower Bridge by the Freeholder of the property and I have had to deal with them since. An ongoing roof leak has not been dealt with in over 9 months and I have had to take the issue to the lease valuation tribunal simply to get a response from them. In my experience they make up rules and regulations as they go along and have absolutely no regard for leaseholder rights. I have to chase them on a weekly basis (more than 50 emails and 20+ phone calls) and to date they have sent 2 different companies “to have a little look”.
