Google Bad Review: Didn't bother to clean the whole flat and had food from the kitchen cupboards
I wish I'd read the reviews before contacting them. The staff assigned to me was shockingly bad. Not only they didn't bother to clean or hoover the floors but also went through the kitchen cupboards and helped themselves to biscuits and sweets! They also misplaced various items from the flat, including food from the fridge, perfume and items that took me hours to find. Avoid at all costs!
