Google Bad Review 1: AWFUL, AVOID
I dealt with Mohi regarding an auction property transaction. His incorrect advice, tendency to flap under pressure, rambling explanations of simple concepts and dismissive attitude almost lost us £2,000. We were advised we needed to pay SDLT, despite being first-time buyers (we were buying land with planning permission). This turned out to be wrong advice and we were only able to recover the money by taking up the matter ourselves (despite DKLM agreeing to do so on our behalf). It is worrying when so called “Property Conveyancing Specialists” get something so fundamental as Stamp Duty wrong! Also, if you try to complain about it to them, they will put their fingers in their ears and shout really loudly. They refused to refund me the costs they charged for submitting the SDLT return, despite it being wrong and forcing me to do it myself. I wont be dealing with them again.
