Google Bad Review (2):  One word to describe this company- AVOID

From my experience, my case was not handled professionally and I would not recommend this company to others based on this. I went to view a property. Both me and one other person were viewing at the same time, both wanted to take it. It was agreed between us and the agent that whoever won a coin toss would be offered the property. I won the coin toss and so started to make arrangements to make payment.

As soon as I won the coin toss, I went round the flat to take photos to show my family. Whilst still in the flat the agent said because the other customer had booked a veiwing previously which the agent did not show up- so she had complained and therefore they had to give the property to the other person instead.
I feel very let down because I had ‘won’ fairly, and not only wasted my time, but also the flat was formally offered to me only to be taken away.

I’ve followed up with some phone calls- only been offered a flat in the same building, but which is clearly not in the same condition as the one I had won, but for exactly the same price- not exactly what I would call good customer service or trying to make amends for handling a bad situation to begin with.
I feel like they’ve dealt with one property and got their money from the customer- so they no longer care about the situation they’ve left me in.
