Google Bad Review 1: I had a very unfortunate experience with these people. Took over a very expensive pair of jeans to be altered. The guy who met me (should be the owner with a large gold bracelet on his hand) barely paid any attention to what I wanted. The job done was OKish but certainly not as flawless as I would imagine for the price. After wearing the jeans for the first time I realised that they were not shortened enough. Going back to the place I was treated like an idiot with the same thing being repeated to me over and over again as if I am unable to comprehend and telling me that if I wanted further alterations I need to pay again. Naturally, I am now concerned about leaving my jeans to be altered because I don't believe the job will be done in a nice manner (given that what seems to be the manager laughed in my face) so I will be taking them elsewhere. But be warned – they won't take responsibility for any wrong doings and will repeat that you're wrong until you're deafened by their talk and all you want to do is leave.

Google Bad Review (2): The worst service ever, I was paying for 20 for not getting any of the dirt off, not even any one of them! It’s ridiculous that someone who did not make any progress but still act like they’ve done their job. And the staff was even shouting as me as if I am finding trouble. They are not even trying to let me finish my statement. The worst service in London, I am sick by their rude behaviour, just never ever come back again.
