Google Bad Review 1: Had my window cleaned by this company a few times (3 outside windows all on the ground floor) it took them each time less than 10 minutes to clean all the 3 windows and charged £30. Now, however, they have come back to me after making a booking for next week saying that because I'm not a regular customer they are going to charge me £45 + VAT! OUTRAGEOUS!! Won't be using them and paying over £45 for 10 minutes work. will find someone else who doesn't overcharge and is grateful for the work.

Google Bad Review (2): Poor rating due to a price jump of 50% with no advance notice. When I complained, I was offered a refund which has yet to materialise. The cleaners themselves did a fine job and the office staff is efficient but that steep a price hike is hard to justify.
