Google Bad Review (2):  Endlessly disappointed by the incompetence and rudeness of the Victorstone letting agency staff. After delaying critical repairs to our apartment after moving in such as THE FRONT DOOR NOT SHUTTING they have continued to delay and deny responsibility over ensuring a functional apartment. Most recently we've been having issues with our boiler as well as a clogged sink. We called up Leona who did nothing but try to gaslight us and claim these issues were our fault, despite the fact that we'd only been living at the flat for two weeks. Upon asking that Victorstone also fix one of the desks they promised (both my partner and I work from home), Leona promptly hung up the call. NEVER RENT FROM VICTORSTONE. I HAVE NEVER DEALT WITH SUCH RUDE AND INCONSIDERATE STAFF.
