Google Bad Review 1:  We purchased a beautiful double halo engagement ring from the Hatton Garden branch and was so excited but after less than 2 months, 1 of the diamonds came out of the band. We returned the ring and eventually, a not so polite chap told me it was my fault and I'd obviously caught it on something. I definitely didn't remember catching it but gave the benefit of the doubt and agreed for them to repair it (for free as a goodwill this time but it's £40 if I do it again!!) 4 months later, another diamond has come out of the band!! We again returned the ring but this time we asked for a full refund. I had to wait 2 days for Sean to call us and after chasing him because we had no call, he told us we had to wait for a call from Maria the next day. We yet again had to chase them as we had no call and Maria had no clue what I was talking about because Sean hadn't bothered to tell her!! It took almost a week for them to process the refund (but they eventually did) it was shocking customer service and the ring wasn't fit for purpose!! Don't be sucked in by the pretty diamonds like me because you'll end up paying a lot of money for very poor quality jewellery.

Google Bad Review (2):  Our experience with Diamond Heaven went from bad to worse and ultimately tainted the early stages of our engagement. After receiving the ring we had to return it due to very obvious manufacturing imperfections, we waited 6 weeks for a ”brand new setting” to be made but when it finally arrive, it was damaged and in a worse state than before. We had the examined by the National Associate of Jewelry who deemed it ‘unfit for purpose' due to a handful of issues. We returned the ring in its entirety and have gone elsewhere to find a new engagement ring. The whole experience was stressful, hugely upsetting and extremely frustrating since we were met with insincere customer service and dishonesty. Given our experience with Diamond Heaven (Apex Jewelers), we would not recommend them.
