Google Bad Review:  I am leaving an honest review because I believe people should know what they are signing up for when they part with at least £56 for a 7 day meal plan. I recently ordered 7 meals veg tiffin for a relative, unfortunately I would not do it again simply because the quality was not up to scratch for £8 per day for a “normal” tiffin. The rice was never cooked through properly in any of the tiffins and needed further cooking in the microwave, the variety of vegetables was poor, not once did we get an Indian vegetable like bhindi or turai or tindora etc there was no coriander, curry leaves or green chillies in any of their sabzis or dals.The sabzis was more often than not a mix of “potatoes” or “carrots” or “peas” or “cabbage” there was one day with aubergine but that portion was so small and full of potatoes and not to mention the same garam masala in every sabzi which you get fed up of by day 3. The dals were generally unappealing and unappetizing and the rotis on 6/7 occasions were either not roasted properly leaving uncooked areas or felt tough even after warming them. The rotis on the last day were good so clearly they do know how to make good roti just not consistently.The thing I can praise about tiffin planet is that the company are good at taking on board allergies and special dietary requirements and the delivery was around the time they advertised and the delivery gentleman was very polite. I hope the company take on board this feedback to improve their service and maybe start offering a Gujarati tiffin because not only is this tasty and but more healthy and suitable for children and older people as the use of heavy masala is limited and the dals are of a different calibre.
