Google Bad Review 1:  I flew over from Dublin to visit Hatton Garden this weekend to help my cousin find her engagement ring. The girl that spoke to us was extremely rude, we explained that we had mainly be looking at three stones so she took us out ONE ring to look at. We then mentioned to her that we had been trying to find a single stone pear as that was the original style my cousin had in mind so would just like to try it on. The sales assistant got very snotty with us then saying we never mentioned pears before so how was she to know that we wanted to see any and that we should probably come back when we knew what we wanted. (we had only been in the shop about 2 minutes at this stage) She seemed to have made her mind up that we were not serious shoppers so weren't worth her time. So we left then without trying anything, Thankfully every other jewellers we went into were happy to show us more than one style so we eventually found what we were looking for and ordered elsewhere. It would seem unless you've a man with you, you wont be taken seriously here..
