Google Bad Review 1: Terrible customer service- I had a 10 minute eyebrow threading appointment booked. After twenty minutes of waiting, and listening to staff discuss other customers whilst ignoring me, I went and directly asked the lady who was supposed to be doing the threading, who said I would have to wait further, with no apology. I spoke to three staff while I was waiting, all were extremely rude to me, when one suggested if I waited longer I could have a discount the other started arguing back with him. Not a pleasant experience and a complete waste of time- I left 25 minutes after my appointment was supposed to have been held to find another salon- do not recommend.

Google Bad Review (2): Very unprofessional service – they did not have the product, they did not call to tell me, they do not have an answerphone and they do not respect the opening times on their company pamphlet. If you have plenty of time to waste and be messed around, give this salon a try. Very bad experience – Owner may be very nice, but is far too laid back to understand she's running a business and needs to respect timings..
