Google Bad Review (2): Dealing with Irwin Mitchell is like having a conversation with yourself. They do not answer or respond to any phone calls or emails. They say they send out letters for certain appointments that never actually arrive. I currently have a claim outstanding with Irwin Mitchell and have been trying to contact them consistently for over a year now with hardly any response at all. They do not seem to care about the client or the decency to get back to people with an update. Think wisely before appointing Irwin Mitchell to handle any sort of legal work for you. It is as if they have 3 people working in an office trying to handle 5000 cases and cannot cope. Very Very poor to say the least. I would score them Zero if it would let me.
