Google Bad Review 1:  I've had the worst experience at this clinic today.
I booked an appointment for a filling and when I arrived the receptionist gave me 2 forms to fill in without any guidance, she was too busy confirming appointments over the phone for the next week so barely acknowledged my presence there.
Then I was called in the room 10 mins past my appointment time (which is not a problem) and I was asked if I had filled the forms in and I confirmed. Then while I was lying there explaining to the dentist the issue with my tooth, another nurse / receptionist brought in the forms as she said there were some fields missing and made me sign the forms and asking private questions as if I am on benefits or not (I think that was not the moment).
I explained to the dentist about the filling I lost, and within 8 minutes I was out of the room. He took 2 x-rays and said about other procedures with other tooth that was not the priority at that moment and asked me to book another appointment for the filling.
At the reception, they have availability only in over 20 days. I asked if I would stay 20 days with a hole in my tooth and the response from the receptionist was that “the dentist does not have time”.
I am filing a complaint with NHS straight away. It was a waste of time for a nonexistent service and lack of professionalism.
This clinic used to be better when you had better professionals in your board.

Google Bad Review (2):  Barber was rude after I asked for a little more off, and I ended up with a haircut I didn’t want.

We discussed what I wanted at the start, and I asked if it made sense. He said “if it makes sense to you, then it does to me”. Then after his first past I asked for a little shorter, and for the rest of the haircut he lectured on how I hadn’t described it properly, rushed through it, and did a poor job.

What a terrible experience.
