Google Bad Review 1:  Poor Amazon customer service at Amazon India Delhi part ,they are making fraud with thier valued customer as now they don't focus on customer satisfaction and we blinded trust them.

I have ordered a Crocs which shows MRP of RS.10000 but as per actual order received MRP was RS.3995. It is clear fraud and they are not even adjusting the correct price and seller is still selling the same from last 1 month.

Google Bad Review (2):  About 5 days ago I ordered some fine grade steel wool to finish off a furniture repair. Immediately the Amazon system estimated, then confirmed delivery today. I checked several times including yesterday and the status always confirmed delivery today. Waited in all day and then checked the status once more. Amazon stated delivery had taken place yesterday and item was being held at my local sorting office. No delivery was attempted yesterday, no card was left. To make matters worse it is not possible to contact the seller or request a cancellation or refund because the item has been “delivered!” Their system does not allow you to contact them either or give “Item not received/Item not delivered” as an excuse. After several emails, reviews etc I was able to speak to somebody on CHAT. After demanding a refund with the option of taking the matter up with my credit card company if they refused they agreed, but only after 15 minutes. I cancelled my Prime membership at the same time. Funny how when you shop they keep telling you that if you had prime you could get things the same day. And then when you subscribe only 5% of items are eligible! 11 months and only one or two items have benefited out of about 20 orders. Try and find their registered address on their website as well. They don't make it easy!
