Google Bad Review 1:  They seem to never be able to hear when answering the phone, when I registered for a box they never assigned a box number. I specifically requested a package to be refused which was not, which created loads of headache as I live in another town and it a major deal to do the return now. Then when I had packages I wanted them to collect the refused saying I didn't have a box assigned! WHAT?! I've emailed, sent for comment and tried call (can't hear me), and NO Replies to my messages for weeks! This is the most unorganised of any I've used around the globe, most displeased and dissatisfied! As bad as having it delivered at my flat, worse because I have to waste so much time with it.
