Google Bad Review: We were recommended this company by a friend so decided to book an appointment to get our conservatory and windows cleaned. We were given a date for 2 weeks time but were happy to wait because of the reviews and recommendation, unfortunately on the day the company were supposed to come the weather wasn’t great so he phoned and rearranged for another 2 weeks. On the day of the 2nd appointment we were messaged to say he wasn’t feeling well and was going home, again absolutely fine, you can’t help how you feel. We were told he would come the following day as this point we’d be waiting a month. We arranged to be home after 2pm, sadly no one turned up, we received no calls, no messages. At 4pm we called numerous times to get hold of someone and after a while my husbands number would not go through we can only assume he blocked the number. I tried that day and the following day and no one got back to us. What we don’t understand is if you didn’t want to do the job or if it was inconvenient surely you can just be upfront with someone and tell them rather than have them wait a whole month. There is no shortage of good window cleaners and we have since had someone come and do a fantastic job. It’s a shame that this company didn’t have the common courtesy to even let us know that they would not be doing the job…why they did that we still don’t understand. Needless to say we will not be recommending this company to anyone as they completely wasted our time and showed no manners whatsoever.
