Google Bad Review 1: ordered a wardrobe and within 2 months the draws were falling apart and kept getting stuck. asked for a refund, they refused. asked for them to come and fix it and they were trying to charge me for a faulty wardrobe.
awful customer service, would avoid this place at all costs!! no return policy, nothing!
I paid £600 paid for this mirrored wardrobe, would never trust an online retailer like this again, i think the person managing their messages does not know anything about customer service.

Google Bad Review (2): Even when I experience terrible customer service I rarely take the time to write a review. Nowadays I don't have time for anything having a baby to look after. BUT.. I felt the urge to wrote a review. Worse customer service EVER!
Rude rude rude! Thank you though. I'm happy I didn't buy anything from you in the end. I spent my money elsewhere and I actually found something better.. you gave me the time to shop elsewhere after being in contact with you multiple time to come view the sofa at your wherehouse.. 3 times in a week I visited and you were closed. Following week, closed again. Although we spoke over the phone and you told me to come.
When I expressed my frustration you told me that your not a showroom .. and your tone wasn't nice when you said that! But hold on a minute, why if is not a showroom you still advertise your business with opening times misleading ppl ? All I wanted was to collect cause your prices for delivery (£60) to deliver down the road, was a waste of mine to me owning a van.
You than sent me to your other wherehouse “Pennywise” appealing customer service there and even WORSE ! Rude rude rude
Ppl check the reviews on pennywise fourniture .. I can't believe these ppl are still in the business
