Google Bad Review 1: After walking past Sheer Bliss multiple times and reading positive reviews, I had high expectations that my visit would be a great one. Unfortunately, this was not the case. I booked a shellac manicure and although the nail technician was pleasant, her workmanship was poor. When removing my old shellac nail polish, her technique was quite coarse and at times painful. I also found her painting style to be sloppy and rushed. Her attempt to ‘massage’ my hand was limp and coverage of some of my nails were not thorough. I was also disappointed in the lack of colours to choose from and that other shellac brands such as OPI were not available. When I mentioned that I was unhappy with the service, neither of the two ladies at reception asked me why. I appreciate that Sheer Bliss is a busy spa, however as a first time customer I was underwhelmed and I will not be returning.

Google Bad Review (2): Worst shop i have been to sorry to say but its the truth
I went to get my hair cut and the lady had said it is going to be £30 so she made me go home and get another £5 was not even nice enough to let me off
So i showed the lady what kind of cut i wanted and i showed her a pic
I wanted a v cut
She had cut my hair and in the shop it looked ok
As soon as i got home everyone was like “wat did u do to your hair it doesnt even look like u cut it” and i made my sister take a picture and i was dissapopinted it looked exactly like my normal hair and second of all it did not look nothing like the picture
They made me pay £30 just because it was a v cut
All i have got to say is that they rip you off and dont even give you what you ask for
