Google Bad Review: Had a beneficial experience some while back and left a positive review. Today however was a different story. I explicitly asked for 30 minutes of acupuncture so I could go meet a friend after. I was forgotten in the room for 1h10 mins until someone finally heard me shouting and came to get me. Not only that, they then had to nerve to try and charge me for an hour, and when I complained they tried to charge me for 45 minutes instead!
Being left in the room was nerve wrecking, I had needles in my wrists and ankles and so was unable to check the time or get up, I sensed and knew it was running way over and so started calling for help, they didn't hear me for at least 15 minutes but I could hear them talking loudly at the front desk. To add insult to injury not only did they forget two needles in my wrists that then started bleeding, as I walked out after paying for my 30 minutes –visibly unhappy, they were giggling behind my back as I left…. Needless to say, my friend who was left waiting for 40 minutes with no news left and I didn't get to say goodbye to someone who is leaving London.
Terrible terrible experience.
Will probably never get acupuncture again.
Shame.
