Google Bad Review (2):  Terrible service from the staff!! I've heard this chicken shop is one of the best so I decided to order off Uber Eats and only East Ham Morley's came up so I thought why not! Anywho, I ordered the food at 6pm and it's now 8pm and still no food…I kept calling the store but no answer and on the Uber Eats map, it kept saying the driver is picking up the food but they kept leaving and then it showed another driver picking it up and then another. I phoned the driver to see what's happening and he was kind enough to ask the workers inside and said the guys don't know where my order is. Eventually, after a lot of bugging, the order was coming through but 2 hours late… I thought I'd order take away to treat the kids but they spent all evening hungry and waiting, I felt so bad!! So shameful!!
