Google Bad Review (2): PLEASE READ MY RESPONSE AT THE BOTTOM TO YOUR FALSE CLAIMS.
Manager and the guy from Hydrabad responsible to take bookings are conning everyone. Didn't even spare students who are on low income and don't have much support here.
They claimed that they arranged parties and functions for 100 people during Covid-19 lockdown when maximum 30 people were allowed by government rules. They made a booking for my cousin sister's baby shower. And gave false promises to accommodate 100 people till 26th for the function on 27th September 2020. My sister, her husband and their friends visited the place many times to get the make sure that there won't be any issues on 27th. And everyone they had been told that manager will look after everything and nothing to worry about. If police comes then manager will handle the matter as they got the permission to arrange big functions with 100 people during lockdown.
They promised to give us everything in writing on 26th. So when we reached there the guy said his manager had a meeting with council people last night and they are not allowed to accommodate more than 30 people.(LIARS) CAN YOU IMAGINE???
We had to call friends and relatives the night before to say sorry and reduce our guest list to only 30.
It does not stop there after the function finished the guy started adding extra charges out of nowhere. One of our friends already told us that these people will add extra charges to con you. And he was spot on.
Imagine a pregnant lady going there time and again to get her money back and still waiting. These people are Inhumane and have no moral values.
BIG NO NO TO THIS PLACE!!!
ANSWER TO YOUR FALSE CLAIMS:
1ST PARAGRAPH : You took the bookingfor 100 people and told my sister till 26th September that you can accommodate 100 people. Even though by government law at that time maximum 30 people were allowed. Please explain.
2n PARAGRAPH: The guy from Hydrabad promised the client(my sister and her husband) that if Police will come then manager will take care of it and will speak to Police.
3rd PARAGRAPH: If you would have not given false promise to accommodate 100 people we would have never gone for the booking. We went ahead with 30people only because two pregnant ladies were so excited about their special day and we never wanted to make them sad. But people like you would never understand those feelings.
4th PARAGRAPH: We decided to extend the function by an hour and paid £150 for that without argument. But we never asked for extra Sofa. Hydrabad guy asked one of our guests about it and didn't bother to consult the client. After the event when we asked why he didn't bother to ask clients. He said we were very busy and he didn't feel right to ask about it. RUBBISH!!! Means if another 3 guests would have ask for 5 Sofas then you would charge £75×5. Please show some ethics. On top of that when we booked the hall we were given 30mins extra(free) at the beginning of the function to make some arrangements before the function starts. And you charged £60 extra for that 30mins. Unbelievable!!!
5th PARAGRAPH: Finally we had to come many times without appointment just because of you as you gave false promise to accommodate 100 guests during Pandemic and we really had doubts about it.
I never wrote negative reviews but your actions didn't leave me with any other options. Hope this genuine review will warn others and help them make better decision.
